1.      Filling the Visit Form in details as per the attached paper.

2.      A Field "Visit Tour" to get acquainted wit the school.

3.      Ensure a line bus in the address written in the "visit form" from the Administrative deputy and make sure of the suitable admission age for the KG from the students affairs department.

4.      In case the parent wishes to continue, an Exam date will be appointed to test the student in the English language, Arabic and Maths. In an "Entrance Exam".

5.      While the students are sitting for the entrance exam, the parent fills in an application file which cost 100 L.E.

6.      The following up of exau correction is performed by the supervisor of the departments in which the students are examined and the result will be either one of these 3 cases :

·        In case of passing the admission test and the student is accepted in school, an appointment for a Parents Interview will be set, after which a final decision of acceptance or refusal will be decided.

·        In case the student scores less than 50 % in all subjects, he'll reject and the parent is informed.

·        In case the student scores less than 60 % in one of the subjects,  there's possibility of RE-EXAM and the parent is informed by the new  appointment for the exam, which will be within 15 days. For acknowledgment there will be remedial group lessons in this subject during the same period with the sum of 200 L.E in the school.

7.            In case of Final approval after the Parents Interview the parent is requested to complete the procedures of admission by submitting the student's paper, whether he is a new comer or transferred from anther school, to the students affairs  department and paying a sum of 1500 L.E as part of the school fees of the academic year and anther 1000 L.E as down payment to reserve the school bus line in which the student is registered during a period that does not exceed 15 days from the day of acceptance.
